Phil Tartaglione has been a working cinematographer and gaffer in the Philadelphia film industry for the past eight years. His knowledge of lighting and visual storytelling is the kind that can only be acquired through the hard days and long hours of real set experience. 

Working as a gaffer has allowed him to be able to communicate effectively and efficiently to a lighting team so as to construct the unique look that every project deserves. 

Since the age of 13, Phil has been fascinated by the camera. His love for making images has carried through his life, and it has molded him to be a very visual communicator. He uses still photography as a way to keep the mind's eye sharp. He develops and prints his own still images. 

Phil currently lives in Philadelphia, and works wherever projects take him.
